By accessing and using the Basketball Recruiting Platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Basketball Recruiting Platform provides an online platform connecting high school basketball players with college coaches for recruiting purposes. The Service includes:

• Player profile creation and management
• Statistics and achievement tracking
• Media upload and storage
• Coach evaluation and favorites system
• Search and discovery tools
• Subscription-based premium features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 User Roles

Users can register as Players or Coaches. Each role has different features and responsibilities as outlined in this agreement.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.

4.2 Content Standards

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates any third-party rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is illegal, obscene, or inappropriate
• Harasses or harms others

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

We offer free and paid subscription plans with different features and limitations. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

5.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or harvest user data
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Violate NCAA or other recruiting regulations

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Basketball Recruiting Platform and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy or reliability of any content
• That recruiting opportunities will result from using the Service
• Specific results or outcomes

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basketball Recruiting Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
