We offer the following subscription plans:
All paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Annual billing options may be available with discounted rates.
If you're a first-time subscriber to any paid plan, you have 14 days from your initial payment to request a full refund if you're not satisfied.
No questions asked. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

If you want immediate cancellation (forfeiting remaining days), contact support. We generally cannot refund partial months except during the 14-day guarantee period.
If you notice an incorrect charge:
Important: Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in account suspension and we're always willing to work with you directly to resolve billing issues.
When we offer free trials:
If you paid with a promo code and request a refund within 14 days, you'll receive a refund for the amount you actually paid (discounted price).
You can downgrade from a paid plan to:
No refunds are provided for downgrades. You keep your current plan until the billing cycle completes.
When upgrading mid-cycle, you're charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining days. The new billing cycle starts immediately at the upgraded rate.
If we close your account due to Terms of Service violations:
We only close accounts for serious violations. You'll receive warnings first for minor issues.
If the platform is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may be eligible for a pro-rated credit or refund for downtime. Contact support to request compensation.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. We cannot issue refunds to different cards or accounts.
All prices are in USD. If your bank converts currency, refunds are processed in USD and may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations between payment and refund dates.
